Dongfeng Road Washing and Sweeping Vacuum Sweeper Street Cleaning TruckSweeper Truck is an efficient environmental sanitation truck equipped with functions of sweeping road and high pressure cleaning road. It is widely used in city streets, road, station, square etc. Road cleaning truck are mainly composed of chassis, box (garbage box and water tank), sweep system, auxiliary engine, fan system, cleaning system, suction system, dust system, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The garbage box and water tank are made of super thick stainless steel plate. In order to prevent the early damage of the water tank and the garbage box because of corrosion, all the parts of the tank and the garbage box are made of super thick stainless steel, which greatly prolongs the service life of the whole truck.
A large area filter net is set at the top of the box to to reduce the clogging and to ensure the fluency of suction, the top of the box is set with a flow guide slot, which improves the dust effect, makes the garbage accumulation even and improves the effective capacity. Road sweeper truck is equipped with 2 brushes, the cleaning device has the function of automatic barrier protection or automatic reset. Road cleaning truck uses a unique hand pressure pump emergency lifting system: when the auxiliary engine fails and can not start the auxiliary engine, the garbage box is raised to facilitate the maintenance of the worker. The hydraulic valve group adopts the famous leading brands: the test pressure can reach 35MPa and the flow rate is 300L/Min. The dynamic, static and fatigue life of various industrial hydraulic valves and walking mechanical hydraulic valves can be accurately tested.

1. With auxiliary engine. It is with JMC 64KW vice engine and supply enough power for the suction devices. The vice engine is connected to the fan adopts automatic centrifugal clutch, can guarantee the vice engine no-load start.
2. Vacuum device and suction nozzle arrangement adopts "wide of suction nozzle by the main suction + left and right side suction nozzle structure arrangement. The suction cup device has the function of avoiding and resetting automatically when encountering obstacles.This function can effectively solve the problem of easily damaged dust collector. Full floating suction nozzle, with the characteristics of large vacuum width, high vacuum efficiency, and conducive to the adjustment and maintenance of suction nozzle.
